Responsibilities:
– Representation of HR in the divisional management team and managing cross-divisional HR projects
– Organizational design: Develop organizational design strategies for building successful organizations
– Change management: Implement change management concepts and facilitate change processes
– Project management: Manage projects across various fields effectively
– Learning concepts: Create and implement training concepts and workshops
– Strategic alignment of the HR agenda; developing and prioritizing topics
Qualifications:
– Multiple years of experience in similar role or equivalent
– Coming from an industrial or consulting background with strong conceptual skills
– Experienced in leading workshops, supporting projects with regard to change management
– International experience, culturally adept in US, European and Asian environments
– Fluent in English, German is a plus
– Flexibility and willingness to travel 10 – 20% international
